Constitutional Commission's Human Rights Sub-Committee held the seventh session on September 3, 2003 at 12.00 h.
Constitutional Commission's Human Rights Sub-Committee held the seventh session on September 3, 2003 at 12.00 h. Mr. Rodoljub Sabic presided over this session.
The Sub-Committee discussed provisions of the part of the Constitution defining the ombudsman, the manner of both election and financing of the ombudsman, as well as the immunity.
